1. Unofficial site and affiliation

Unofficial community resource. Not affiliated with the game publisher or developer. References to Mistfall Hunter, locations, characters, items, quests, and other game terms are used only to identify the subject of the guides. Game names, logos, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site implies sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement by the game publisher or developer.

2. Editorial purpose and accuracy

The site provides informational walkthroughs, progression notes, original diagrams, and local planning tools. Live-service game rules can change after patches, hotfixes, seasons, or regional updates. Each published guide therefore includes a game version, last-verified date, and evidence status.

We aim to correct material errors, but we do not promise that every instruction, reward, drop source, interface label, or numerical value will remain current. When a claim is unresolved, the guide should say so rather than inventing certainty. You remain responsible for checking current in-game prompts before spending currency, consuming items, deleting gear, or making other irreversible game decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and use the guides for personal gameplay. You may not:

• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass site security;
• scrape or republish substantial portions as a competing guide database;
• misrepresent Mistfall Hub content as official publisher material;
• remove attribution from original Mistfall Hub diagrams or tools;
• submit malicious links, impersonation claims, or false rights complaints by email.

Normal search-engine crawling, accessibility tools, personal bookmarking, and reasonable quotation with a link are not prohibited by this section.

4. Original site content

Mistfall Hub's original writing, information architecture, self-authored diagrams, and site tools may be protected by applicable copyright law. Short quotations for commentary or reference should identify Mistfall Hub and link to the relevant page. Permission is not granted to copy full guides, mirror the site, remove source labels, or sell repackaged versions of the site's original work.

External factual sources remain owned by their respective authors. Source links are provided for verification and do not transfer rights in third-party material to Mistfall Hub.

5. Local tracker and no user accounts

The progress tracker stores checklist item IDs only in your browser. It does not create an account, upload a game save, synchronize across devices, or publish your progress to other visitors. Clearing browser storage can erase that local checklist. You are responsible for any local device or browser backup you choose to maintain.

The site currently has no public comments, forums, profiles, uploads, or other user-generated publishing surface. Email corrections are private messages to the editor and are not automatically published.

6. External links

Guides may link to official announcements, community databases, forum discussions, or other third-party pages as evidence or further reading. We do not control those sites and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or later edits. Following an external link is your choice. A source link does not mean Mistfall Hub endorses every claim or service on the destination site.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The site may use analytics and may introduce advertising in the future. Advertising, cookies, consent handling, and data disclosures are governed by the current Privacy Policy. Ads, if enabled, do not change the editorial evidence status of a guide and do not represent endorsement of an advertised product.

8. No warranties and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” informational basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mistfall Hub disclaims warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular in-game outcome. Mistfall Hub is not responsible for game losses, missed rewards, account actions, third-party site behavior, or local tracker data lost when browser storage is cleared.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the site adds a material feature or changes its operating model. The date above will be revised when a substantive change is published. Questions about these terms, attribution, or site use can be sent through the Contact page or directly to contact@mistfallhub.com.
