About Mistfall Hub
What this site is
Mistfall Hub is a player-run companion for Mistfall Hunter. It focuses on quest progression, system unlocks, camp upgrades, and a local checklist so you can get unstuck without scrubbing long videos.
Public editor
The public editor identity for Mistfall Hub is Zane. Zane maintains the guide structure, records source status, reviews corrections, and updates pages when the evidence or live game rules change. The role is editorial: it does not imply employment by, endorsement from, or a partnership with the game publisher or developer.
A byline does not mean every claim was personally tested by Zane. Each page's evidence label, last-verified date, and source list describe what was actually checked. Editorial, privacy, attribution, and correction questions can be sent to contact@mistfallhub.com or through the Contact page.

Editorial principles
- Lead with the answer — no marketing fluff.
- Mark every guide with game version, last verified date, and verification status.
- Publish only verified or corroborated pages. Provisional notes stay offline as drafts until the evidence is strong enough.
- Prefer reproducible steps over speculation.
- Link related quests, unlocks, and camp pages when the path is clear.
- Keep official statements, firsthand checks, and community reports visibly separate.
Evidence and editing workflow
A page starts with a concrete player question. We record the claim, identify the strongest available source, separate confirmed facts from practical inference, and add an update trigger for facts that can change after a patch. A source list is not a claim that Zane personally reproduced every step.
- Firsthand or in-game check: when the page explicitly says a current client behavior was reproduced, it is the strongest evidence for that specific claim.
- Official material: patch notes, store descriptions, or studio posts establish what the publisher has stated, but may not answer every practical step.
- Community corroboration: independent databases, guides, and player reports can fill gaps when they agree; they are labeled as corroborated rather than silently upgraded to firsthand proof.
The verification status shown on each guide is a page-level editorial status. Prototype pages may also show inline evidence for individual claims; read those details with the source list instead of assuming the whole page has identical evidence strength.
Verification statuses
- Verified
- Reproduced in the live game build, or explicitly reviewed by a trusted player against the relevant build. The page should say what was checked; this label is not a blanket claim of Zane's firsthand testing.
- Corroborated
- At least two independent launch-era sources agree; not yet personally reproduced.
- Provisional
- Single source or conflicting reports. Not indexed and not shown on the public site.
Corrections and updates
If the live client, an official post, or a stronger source disagrees with a page, report the exact claim and what changed. We prefer a narrow correction over silently rewriting unrelated sections. When a rule is likely to change, the page lists an update trigger and keeps unresolved details labeled instead of filling the gap with a guess.
The page's last verified date records the most recent evidence and factual review. It is neither an editor activity date nor the publication date of the sources linked on the page.
